Opening my own wedding photography business in Ottawa, Ontario, wasn't a difficult decision. It felt like coming home, like finding my own piece of purpose. 2016 was my first year as a family photographer, and since then, the journey has been overwhelming and generous in how it has forced me to grow. A photographer needs to know just as much about connecting with people as they do their equipment. I believe what you feel when your picture is taken comes through in the final image.
